What a thrill! Last week was the first of several events to announce the arrival of Confidence at Work: The High Achiever’s Guide to Navigating Uncertainty.
And it was a spectacular, and moving evening.
I was joined by 20+ high-achieving friends and former clients. Each one unique and impressive, not just in accomplishments, but in kindness, maturity and impact.
It was inspiring to hear from them; the moves they made, the risks they took; the moments where they dug deep to believe in themselves and grow, both professionally and personally.
And it was deeply moving to me to hear the role that our work together had in their growth.
As I continue this journey towards my book launch, I think about that a lot. I hope you do as well.
Each of you touches others with your work, how you show up, and how you support people.
