What is Your Next Challenge?

Here I am Saturday morning at 6:15 in a Starbucks on Ventura Blvd. in Burbank, CA, so excited from what I am learning in my 3-day intensive that I can’t wait to download it all.

For nine years I’ve been working with you to help you refine your voice, get tools to manage your careers, and take the (sometimes scary) first steps.  Growing in the last couple of years, I’ve been approaching my own transition. And I realized I needed support. In June I joined a one-year mastermind group called Produce U. It’s 24 highly skilled small business owners who are learning from a master and from one another.

Why am I bothering to tell you this? Because I’ve finally understood that when you take on something big, you can’t go it alone. You also don’t have to reinvent the wheel. And when you remove the stress of those two things, your creative juices flow like a tsunami. I want that for you.

The thing I am probably most excited about that came from these three days is this: I work on transforming the work experience for high-achieving professionals. It may not seem like much, but clarifying what I’ve been doing all along has been a nearly blinding challenge. And one worth pushing for, because with that clarity everything flows. It’s what I ask so many of you to do, and I’ve been needing to do it myself.

This week I will announce the upcoming Discover Your Vision webinar, and next week I will be announcing a slew of new programs that have grown out of my learning. What’s most exciting is that whether you choose to work with me or just keep reading the blog, I will there right along side you, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, sharing my wisdom and cheerleading for all of us. That’s what I love to do!

As I prep the program release, I want to plant a seed. This week, will you start thinking about what your next challenge is? Not the 20 year one, just the next one.

Have a great week, and stay tuned. It’s coming soon!

Best,

Claire
