X-Ray Vision at Work?

The deadline is approaching! For years, I have been revolutionizing my clients’ thinking with a tool called the Social Style. This powerful assessment tool helps them project more confidence, engage and motivate employees, improve collaboration, better manage relationships up, down and across, and increase their influence. It also explains versatility, also called emotional intelligence, which has a 43% correlation with career success.

What Social Style offers that is unlike any other tool, is that it allows you not just to gain awareness about your own behavior, but it allows you to predict the behavior of others. Imagine knowing what others are likely to do and how you can build more productive relationships with them. It’s like X-ray vision for communication at work.

Beginning May 14th, I will offer Social Styles as a stand-alone tele-class. Each participant will receive a 360 assessment of their own behavioral style, plus two 90-minute group sessions in which we review the model, participants’ results, Versatility, and how to use them.

Who this is for:

  • Individuals who want to go to the next level at work
  • Individuals who want to have more productive work relationships, avoid conflict and enjoy more influence (read: less stress!)
  • Employees who are very good at what they do, but could exhibit greater emotional intelligence
  • Managers who feel they could do better motivating their employees
  • Anyone who wants to do a better job at selling themselves for new employment opportunities
