Here are the I4 Programs:
Impact for Team Members: When team members know what they contribute, they are motivated by a clear way forward. And, team leaders can better allocate their talents. In this 3-hour group session, participants learn how to think critically about their strengths and weaknesses, and how to harness their best for personal and organizational results.
Impact for Team Visioning: Year in, year out we do annual planning. What we often step over is an inclusive conversation that re-energizes the team around shared vision and goals. This half-day team session provides the tools to leverage individual and collective strengths, and take action from the team’s values. With renewed clarity, the team can disseminate vision, mission and goals to motivate individual contributors and key stakeholders.
Influence Using Social Style: Imagine knowing what others are thinking. With a focus on relationship building, Social Style is a secret weapon. In this 3-hour group session, participants learn to evaluate others’ behavior and adapt their own for greater influence and improved relationships. A “tool behind the tool,” Social Style gives employees the ability to serve clients better and manage internal relationships up, down and across.
Initiative – Reaching Goals with Focus: In between vision and execution, a team needs to ask the right questions, break the work down, re-evaluate, and respond anew. In this session, teams gain the focus so many of us crave, to get out of the weeds and tackle new projects.
Innovation – The Trust Factor: Today we are faced with grinding change. The uncertainty can be paralyzing. In this session the team learns how to build trusting environment that give employees the stick their necks out with innovative ideas.
I4 = Inspiration: The Program: When your team is ready for breakthrough Inspiration: Multi-session program for 6-12 high-potential managers. When team members have the confidence that comes with knowing your strengths, the tools to listen powerfully and solve the right challenges, the courage to take measured risk, and the resilience that comes with experience, the motivation is contagious.
